What AllSet is

AllSet is a personal organisation platform that allows you to store and organise important personal information and documents.

You are fully responsible for how you use the platform and the information you store.

Eligibility

To use AllSet, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your data & content

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to AllSet.

By using the platform, you grant us a limited right to:

• Store your data
• Process it to provide the service
• Secure and back up your information

We do not claim ownership of your data.

Trusted contacts & access

AllSet allows you to grant access to your vault using trusted contacts and secret keys.

Important responsibilities

• You control who receives access
• You are responsible for securely sharing any secret key
• You can revoke access at any time

Important limitations

• Anyone with a valid secret key may access your vault
• AllSet cannot verify the identity of the person using the key
• We are not responsible for misuse of access once a key has been shared

Lifetime access (important)

AllSet offers a Standard lifetime access plan.

"Lifetime" means:

• Access for as long as AllSet continues to operate the product
• Not tied to your lifetime or guaranteed indefinitely
• Essential plan users pay an annual subscription fee to maintain advanced features and storage limits. If the subscription is not renewed, the account is and all documents and information are deleted permanently.

If the service changes or ends

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, or introduce new features or limitations. If AllSet is shut down, we will aim to provide reasonable notice and may offer a way to export your data.

Lifetime access does not guarantee permanent availability of the service or continued support of all features.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Essential plan is a one-time lifetime purchase. The Complete plan is billed annually to maintain advanced features and expanded storage limits.

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

30-day money-back guarantee

All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@allset.life within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds outside the guarantee period

• Refunds requested after 30-days may be considered at our discretion
• Abuse or misuse of the platform may void refund eligibility

Storage & usage limits

Your plan may include limits on storage capacity, number of trusted contacts, and number of secret keys. If you reach a limit, you may need to upgrade or remove data to continue using certain features.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure infrastructure. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining your own security (e.g. passwords, key sharing).

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time. When you do, your data will be permanently deleted and uploaded files will be removed from storage. This action cannot be reversed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AllSet for illegal purposes
• Upload harmful, malicious, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system
• Interfere with the platform's operation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllSet is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Misuse of your vault by third parties
• Decisions made based on stored information
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Changes to the service

We may add, remove, or change features, update pricing for new users, or improve and modify the platform. We will aim to communicate significant changes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or within the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
